Room was clean with housekeeping service every other day. Room was large and had balcony facing the courtyard. Great coffee although cost was extra. Only ate paid breakfast once which was standard and comparable in price to outside restaurants. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Laundry facilities were available. Location was good although you need to drive to restaurants.

We had a ground floor room which faced the inside courtyard. There was a chair and table to sit outside on our patio. Although we only asked that our room was serviced once during our 7 night stay the staff provided service at least 4 times. While breakfast was not provided free of charge,, it was available at a reasonable cost and was as good as homemade. The staff from check-in to dining to room service to check-out was excellent and friendly.

The property location was great close to shopping, food entertainment. The rooms are spacious it has all the necessities needed tv, phone, microwave, fridge, coffee/tea maker, enough lighting for room. The shower and toilet is separated from the face basin that was a plus overall stay was great definitely will be a repeat guess

Thank you for such great service provided. I have been here a few times now as I am local and we live in Kissimmee, Florida. My husband and I come to Melbourne, Florida like every 2 weeks or so. I love this hotel and love all of their staff! If you want the white glove treatment, this is the place to stay! You will be treated like a Royal, since the moment you check-in, with a superb, professional front desk friendly and helpful agents. The room was super clean with super comfy beds and just having the private balcony alone.. is a BIG PLUS for the rate you pay. The room itself is much larger than others, very updated cute modern rooms. Sad to say that I am going there again this weekend but this hotel was sold out for my dates 7/03/21 to 7/05/21. Now I'm super nervous as we always stay here. Enjoy your stay and I hope your stay is as pleasant as ours.

Large clean room with a view over the pool. Quiet considering how near to the road it was. Liked that you could book your cleaning. Easy to get an uber to anywhere, including the airport.
